Fan Club Revival is a directory for independent, real-world fan clubs. Fan Club Revival does not operate, supervise, or control individual clubs.

LISTING FEE

The listing fee is $10 USD, charged one time per club listing. There is no subscription fee.

Listing fees are non-refundable except where required by law. This includes listings that are rejected during moderation or later removed for violating these terms or the site rules.

CLUB RESPONSIBILITY

Club organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their club information, their activities, meetings, communications, and the conduct of their members.

Fan Club Revival does not guarantee the safety, legitimacy, availability, or quality of any club, organizer, event, meeting, venue, or participant.

PROHIBITED CLUBS

Clubs may not be used for political campaigning or advocacy, sexual or fetish activity, dating or hookup services, hate or extremist activity, criminal or violent activity, scams, or disguised commercial promotion.

Fan Club Revival may reject, hide, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these rules or otherwise threatens the safety, integrity, or purpose of the directory.

REAL-WORLD REQUIREMENT

Clubs listed on Fan Club Revival must have a genuine offline or real-world component. Online-only communities are not eligible.

INACTIVE CLUBS

Organizers may periodically be asked to confirm that their club remains active. Clubs that do not respond within the stated confirmation period may be removed from the public directory.

CONTENT

Organizers must have the right to submit any text or images they upload. Fan Club Revival may display submitted club content as part of the directory.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fan Club Revival provides the directory as-is and is not responsible for losses, injuries, disputes, damages, or other consequences arising from participation in or interaction with independently operated clubs.

CHANGES

These terms may be updated as Fan Club Revival develops. Material changes will apply prospectively except where otherwise required by law.
